Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays.
We ship USPS Priority Mail to all 50 states. Items will typically arrive 2-4 business days after shipping.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We offer a 30-day return policy on unopened/unused items. Once the item is inspected, we will refund accordingly (less shipping and handling). Please email us at: sales@suburbansportinggoods.com before returning product. We strive to offer a perfect customer experience and will do everything possible to remedy your situation.
Return process:
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in new condition, to ensure full credit. Damaged items will be assessed and refund determined based on amount of damage.
- Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.

- All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
- It is recommended that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return.
- Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status.
- To receive credit, items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- You can expect a refund within 10 days of our receiving item/s.
